the rest of the story
Here's your creative writing prompt for today.

I noticed this semi trailer a few weeks ago, and just had to go back and take a photo of it yesterday (hopefully I wasn't trespassing!) What do you suppose is the story behind this declaration of spurned love painted on the side of a semi trailer?

LOve this photo!!! I think Ellen made a withdrawal from their joint account, packed her bags & moved out in the middle of the night- without explanation.
Hmmm... I'd LOVE to know the real story.

Hee hee... I pass that truck all the time and wonder what the deal is. Have you seen how they keep horses on that junkyard lot? I always feel so sorry for them. Clayton said that he would help them clean all the junk up if they would let him. It is quite an eyesore, lol.

definitely thought provoking... the construction workers on my building were leaving sentiments on the building a few times before being told that's probably not the classiest thing to advertise your love for becky coleman. one girl was really liked, she was "hott." yes, with two t's.

Wow, must've been quite traumatic to leave the memory of it THAT big. And now every time he rides by it he's reminded of it? I don't know if that's the way to get over such heartbreak... But makes for a cool, yet somehow very sad, pic. :)

Okay, so i don't normally indorse vandalism, but I have to say I think I like this guy and I think Ellen was a fool. I think...

Ellen was the tractor of that tractor-trailer combination. She was wooed by a flashier trailer - one with chrome detailing and pretty-girl-silhouette mudflaps. Her new beau even has a bumper sticker that says "If you can't see me, I can't see you" and a decal of Calvin peeing on a flatbed. How could Gray compete with that, even with his industrial ribbing? (Vertical lines are slimming, but so what?)

    But I'm just guessing . . .

About Us
Hi! I'm Joanna, author of this journal. My husband Mark and I are photographers in Asheville, North Carolina. Most recently we collaborated on a 12 week beginner photography course, the contents of which you can find
    • here.
    • The name of our company, Tuesday's Frog, is based on an almost wordless children's book about frogs that go flying on lily pads one night. We love it because it tells a story in pictures. Cole & Harper are our children, and frequent (though not always willing) photography subjects. So here you'll find not only the story of our lives, but of those we've photographed as well. We'd love to tell your story, too!
