vacation
Harper and I returned yesterday from our trip to Minnesota (and it was warm there! Like unseasonably warm!) I'll share more of a recap later (when I've caught up on my sleep), but I thought I'd start with these 2 photos. One of my favorite things about rural Minnesota is the unobstructed views of the horizon, so here's a sunrise photo taken at my parents' farm, and a sunset photo taken overlooking Clear Lake.

Anyhoo, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! I helped Mom decorate the house for Christmas, which will have to give me my Christmas "fix" for a few more weeks until after we move BECAUSE WE SOLD OUR HOUSE! Sorry Brandy, I should have given you more warning... So whohooo for that, and safe travels, and good times with family, and the celebration of Advent which is almost upon us...

NOOOOOOO!!! That totally blows for us. I think that it is great that you guys are getting a bigger house, but I hate losing you guys as neighbors. Hayden is going to be so sad that Cole won't be around any more. Dang your hide!

Beautiful photos!!! Congratulations on the house and glad you got your decorating fix. I'd go crazy not being able to at least put up lights... but I wouldn't miss putting it all away in January. LOL!

About Us
Hi! I'm Joanna, author of this journal. My husband Mark and I are photographers in Asheville, North Carolina. Most recently we collaborated on a 12 week beginner photography course, the contents of which you can find
    • here.
    • The name of our company, Tuesday's Frog, is based on an almost wordless children's book about frogs that go flying on lily pads one night. We love it because it tells a story in pictures. Cole & Harper are our children, and frequent (though not always willing) photography subjects. So here you'll find not only the story of our lives, but of those we've photographed as well. We'd love to tell your story, too!
