| 3am |
At 3am Cole decided to read a book outloud in bed. At 3am Harper heard Cole reading a book and decided to soliloquize on babies and puppies from her crib. At 3am Mark and I woke with a start and thought, "whose crazy kids are these, anyway?" At 3am we growled, "Go. Back. To. Bed."
PS. If I said that I thought that March came in like a lion I would be referring to Mark at 3am. It is raining here today, though, too.Labels: a humorous life |

you always make me laugh. i love the conversations in your house. the other day while i was driving, sean asked me 'how come i'm the only one who knows how to drive?'--(you can just imagine what i say while i'm driving.) and i thought of cole saying, 'it's green, people'. i swear i will never forget that!

eeks! i hope today is going okay!

don't you LOVE that? Mine seem to check in every night between 2 and 4- and we've spent the last 5 years like that. fun times.
-
The things that happen in the middle of the night are so interesting. It is amazing the amount of crazy stuff that you miss out on when you don't have kids. At least when you have kids, the only thing you miss out on is sleep.

Don't all children read outloud at 3 a.m.? LOL I spent the last 2 days reading your entire blog. I feel like I have watched Cole and Harper grow up here. Thanks for sharing your darling lil ones and making me lol at work several times.

And she would happily join him in silliness...
chronic sleep deprivation is part of parenthood anyway, right?
