This one...

...got a new helmet last week, and proudly wears it while pushing her toy lawnmower around. Oh, the dangers of lawn mowing.

...was on antibiotics for the first 3 days of this week, which is why she looks a little glassy-eyed in the photo.

...decided that "Hungry Hungry Hippos" was really called "Hungry, Hungry Harper" and ate a plastic marble from the game while playing tea party. LOVELY. Oh so thankfully, she didn't choke on it, and it made its way through her system just fine. Talk about scaring her mother, though! I think it scared her, too, actually, and the game (which we gave Cole for his birthday) is now safely put away.

...has asked me to read "The Kettles Get New Clothes" every day at naptime this week.

Awwww! I hope she's feeling better! And hey, lawn mowing can be VERY dangerous, especially with a plastic lawnmower. ;)

She looks so pretty in pink! If I mowed the grass, even with a plastic mower, I would have to get a cool helmet like Harper!

    Hope she's feeling better!

Looking forward to lunch next week :)

About Us
Hi! I'm Joanna, author of this journal. My husband Mark and I are photographers in Asheville, North Carolina. Most recently we collaborated on a 12 week beginner photography course, the contents of which you can find
    • here.
    • The name of our company, Tuesday's Frog, is based on an almost wordless children's book about frogs that go flying on lily pads one night. We love it because it tells a story in pictures. Cole & Harper are our children, and frequent (though not always willing) photography subjects. So here you'll find not only the story of our lives, but of those we've photographed as well. We'd love to tell your story, too!
