Wow! I'm the first poster. I love Fridays because it's finally a chance to catch my breath and just slow down. I also know that we'll be able to do be together as a family and just enjoy each other!

 

Fridays are the best because when you wake up on friday morning you now that the next morning you can stay in bed...

 

My favorite part of Friday's is what we call "Festive Shirt Friday." We all wear our Hawaiian shirts to work for a little break from the business suit monotony.

 

I love Fridays because I know for the next two days, I can plan what I want to do. I don't have to follow a certain time line.

Every Friday, I pick my granddaughter up from school. We have pizza for dinner in front of the TV, while watching a movie. Then we get our pyjamas on, retire to my bedroom upstairs, watch another movie while on my bed and have a sleepover. As she is now 10, I don't know how much longer this will last but I sure enjoy it now.

ah fridays! it's the day to a 3 day weekend IF we actually do something on friday, weird how that works. try it! make sure to get out of the house, typically our date night ON friday, makes for a longer weekend, in our minds at least - hee, hee! happy weekend, rachel

 

I love friday because my pre-schooler is home from school and we get to spend the day together :)

 

i love your giveaways so of course i'm commenting :) i love fridays becuase it means we can finally take a breather.

i also want to say that i think you are so very lucky to be able to go to the biltmore. i have always wanted to see that place. it is amazing that someone actually lived there. it's so huge.anyway you have only peaked my curiosity more to one day get there and see that great house.

 

My mom and I have a tradition on Fridays. We spend each Friday together. We go shopping or we spend time in her studio playing with all her goodies.
It is great to have something to look forward to each week.

I love Fridays because my kids have NO homework and they get to stay up late with me and have family movie night...

 

My favorite thing about Friday's is that it's my hubby's day off. An extra hand is always something to be happy about! :) Thanks!!

Hmm...Fridays are the best b/c I know that the next 2 days I get to stay home with my kiddos (I teach), but now that I'm on maternity leave, the days are just blending together! :-)

The nice thing about Fridays is the opportunity to have date night with my hubby and to look forward to spending the weekend reenergizing our batteries and loving each other and our home.

 

I love Fridays. I love the anticipation of the weekend and not having to rush through everything at night because the kids have no homework due the next day. Tonight hubby and I are going on a date for sushi. yeah!

 

One thing I love about Fridays during TV time is how my hubby, sons & I pile on the couch to watch Ghost Whisperer. Silly I know but I'll miss it when they get big!

Sunday is my favorite day of the week.

 

Friday means that tomorrow my dh will be home and taking our boys for the morning to give me some time off! :)

What's not to love about Fridays?! I love Fridays because my DH leaves work a little earlier & we usually have pizza for dinner (which is nice because I know the kids will eat it). Then we put the kids to bed a little earlier than usual & we stay up & have our own date night where we usually either watch a movie or play cards. I look forward to Fridays all week!

 

Ever since I was a kid (& my kids would say that was a LONG, LONG time ago), Friday evening has always been my favorite part of the week. As soon as you stepped off the school bus, you knew the glorious weekend had just begun! :-)

I love the way Friday "looks". The air seems lighter, the sun brighter and everyone a bit more friendlier. Even dusk seems softer and more inviting than during the week. Even the word Friday is prettier than the other 6! :)

 

Growing up, Friday was always family night...I enjoy doing the same with my own family now...pizza and a movie...out for ice cream...and fun thing to just spend time together!

 

Friday afternoons are MY time to scrap and work on fun projects.

i love friday because i know that my husband will be home all weekend. and after a week of MOMMY...DADDY sounds pretty great!! :)

 

I love Fridays because we usually go out to a little hole-in-the-wall, home cooked meals place for dinner and get a huge table... sometimes our entire family joins us, sometimes it's just us but it's a standing gig and one of the few times we get to slow down and talk to family. PLUS, it's the one night hubby can get up with the baby so I can actually sleep more than a couple hours at a time! Gotta' love that! :)

 

I love Fridays because the end of the work week is here and the weekend could hold some fun possibilities!

The best thing about my Fridays is that I only work half days and have the afternoons to catch up on errands, scrapbook, take photos or even take a nap!

 

We love Fridays b/c its family night. We go out to eat, watch movies, just hang out together! Plus I let the kids stay up later!

I love Fridays because it's the first day of the weekend. Being a fifth grade teacher, some Fridays are very long, as the fifth graders are itching for the weekend too!

 

I love Friday's because we stay up late as a family and then sleep in late on Saturday (atleast until soocer starts). Early to bed tonight though, we cheered our Louisville Cardinals on to victory last night in the NCAA Tourney! GO CARDS!

 

I think I just like the word "FRIDAY", plus I know I can stay up late working on projects and not worry about paying for it the next day!
