a couple of crafty things

I wrote an article (a list of tips for photographing reluctant subjects) for the most recent issue of Scrapbooks, Etc.



Speaking of the magazine, I also had a layout in this issue... (looking forward to doing more strawberry picking next month!)



Unrelated to the magazine but still scrapbook related, Harper's hair is featured on the layout of the day over at 2peas today...


Let it be known, the only reason I feel justified in poking fun at her hair is because I HAVE THE EXACT SAME HAIR.

    Congrats Jo!! Love the tips/tricks and your layouts. I had to LOL about the hair one. Poor Harper. At least it will be pretty like yours when she is older and can style it herself. I just can't imagine caring for a 2 year old girl's head of hair. Egad. Keeping all the cowlicks under control on my boys' heads is enough work as it is. :P

    I LOVE the article! I'm shooting a family in a couple weeks and the Dad is less than happy about having his picture taken. My hubby can talk to anyone so I've asked him to come along... doesn't hurt that he has a great eye as well! Your layouts are awesome... how do you find time to do it all???

    I had the exact hair when I was little, too...
    but it seems to have mellowed some in my old age ;)

    Saw your stuff last week and loved it! Great tips. :) I was talking with Judith last week and we were wondering how the heck you are since we never get together anymore...how sad! :( Maybe someday again..miss you! ;)
