It's nice to receive positive feedback to know that we're doing our jobs well (or constructive criticism to help us improve.) In addition to letting our clients know that we're thankful for them, it's a great surprise when we receive a thank you, too! A thank you means a lot to us, so I thought I'd share a few.
The other day I received a phone call from Kim, who was so happy with her photos. It was so nice to hear her excitement on the phone! She said that receiving her photos in the mail was like opening up a present, and that makes us happy, too! Thank you, Kim!
We also received this sweet thank you from Heather & Jerry, married last October.
Here's an excerpt from the note:
"Not only were the photos beautiful, but your personalities brought so much to our wedding. We love looking at the photos (over & over) because they bring us back to a wonderful day and they remind us of the great people who took them! Thank you so much for helping us preserve such special memories!"
Heather and Jerry are in the midst of a big life change as they are moving to Germany. Actually, I think Jerry's already over there, serving and protecting our country. And Heather will head over soon to be reunited with her husband and to build their life together in an entirely new place (slightly different than living in Asheville, NC, I suppose.) Thank YOU, Heather and Jerry, for taking the time to write during such a hectic time in your lives! We wish so many good things for you!
